recruitment and selection, training, and development, performance management, conflict resolution,
coaching and consulting, compensation and benefits, HR policies, team development, employee
engagement and proved success in restructuring the HR department, includes building systems in all
functions, plans, process, and procedures, competency frame train HR manager to implement, manage
his/her teams and manage change resistance.
Practically experienced in OD consultation work; review and design mission, business analysis, strategies,
BSC goals, Org. structure, value base system, support leaders to create a positive culture and to manage the

She got Human Resources Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo, certificate in
Organization Development and currently studying her Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh
